For a while now I've had this concept for an rpg, where you actively engage with the overworld, and do things somewhat manually in the battle system, kind of like Mario & Luigi and Deltarune. (Specifically that's my inspiration)
I have the concept and a loose idea of the story
I just need to get to making it. Not much of a problem other than the sprites. I tried doing it in just pixel and I couldn't translate my style very well so I'm just going to attempt to draw it on paper, small, like chibis, and then go over it in pixel. I might keep all the development posted here and on my YouTube, we'll see.
